Community Guidelines
1. Core Principles
Better Token Bureau is built on transparency, fairness, and accountability. All community members—users, businesses, and staff—are expected to uphold these principles in their interactions.
2. Honest Reporting
All reviews and complaints submitted must be based on genuine, verifiable experiences. Do not submit fabricated claims, review-bomb projects, or use automated systems to manipulate trust scores.
3. Respectful Communication
When participating in mediation, arbitration, or public responses, communication must remain professional. Hate speech, harassment, doxxing, or threats of violence are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate banning.
4. Evidence-Based Claims
We rely on verifiable data. When making a serious claim against a project or vendor, you must be prepared to provide on-chain evidence, transaction hashes, or clear communication logs.
5. Business Responses
Businesses have the right to defend themselves. Responses should be factual and address the core of the user’s concern. Retaliation against users for submitting legitimate complaints is a violation of these guidelines.
6. Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning from the Better Token Bureau platform.
